The first task is to sign up and tell friends, family, neighbours and football fanatics everywhere that they can now run a grass roots club.

The myBUFC community project is a very simple one - we allow you to control the team! We provide you with online tools, match TV, reports and team selection tools and you help other members guide the club to victory.

The club will look to your guidance to see if we can be build a vibrant, successful and well balanced club from our grass roots starting point - a community club 4 steps away from the the Conference with a strong academy and youth team structure and ambitions to do much, much more.

Votes will work on a majority rules basis and all the key issues will be presented to you each week - how much do you invest on players, the ground and training resources? What team do you want to field for the next match and how do you want them to play? What analysis can you offer to compliment the Coaches' training notes, player updates and match reports? Which sponsor offers do you want to accept and how much do you want to invest in youth teams?

Can you really build a club stage by stage for long term success? Can you?
